Google Forms editor add-on

Know when your form gets a response.

FormPulse lets a form editor choose recipients, write a custom email, and send a test. When a response arrives, the add-on sends a notification with the answers.

From response to inbox

FormPulse runs inside the Google Form editor. Respondents only see the form you created.

1

Create a rule

Select the form owner or additional email recipients. You can enable a separate respondent receipt when the form collects email addresses.

2

Write the message

Choose a design, edit the subject and body, and insert response details such as the form title and answers.

3

Test and send

Send a test message to the editor’s account. FormPulse then uses a form submission trigger for new responses.

Built around your Google Form

Rules are stored in the add-on’s Apps Script project for each form. Google Apps Script reads submissions and sends email from the account that sets up the trigger. FormPulse has no separate server for form answers.

Decide who sees each response.

Emails go to recipients chosen by the form editor. If respondent receipts are enabled, the respondent receives a separate message with their own answers.
